We taste all of the wines (blind) before they make it to the shelf/web-site. Our knowledge & expertise allows us to help you make an informed decision as to which wine best suits your tastes.
Tastings are held every weekend, usually we open four different wines for you to sample. So over the course of the year there's a good chance that one could taste our whole range.
As we get to know our customers & you get to know us, we can build up a profile of your tastes & then suggest alternative wines that might be of interest.
